These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of hunchly.app and any landing page published under it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by INFINITESCAPE, LDA (NIF 518130657), Portugal ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What this site is

The Service presents pre-launch product concepts so that we can measure interest in them before building them. A product shown on the Service may not exist yet, and it may never launch.

2. Registering interest

When you submit a form on the Service, you are only expressing interest in a concept. Registering is not a purchase, an order or a contract for any product, and it creates no obligation for you or for us to provide, buy or sell anything. We do not take any payment through the Service.

3. No guarantees

Descriptions of products on the Service, including features, prices and timelines, are proposals only. We make no guarantee that any product will become available, or that it will have the features, price or launch date described.

4. Changes to the Service

We may change, pause or shut down the Service, or any concept presented on it, at any time and without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or another person's email address without their permission.
• Submit forms automatically or in bulk, or use the Service to send spam.
• Try to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove registrations or block access that breaks these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Service, including text, images, videos and product concepts, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a product not launching, changing or being discontinued, or from the Service being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
